Andrés Useche Díaz is a Colombian agronomist and engineer from U.D.C.A. with more than 20 years of experience in the agro-industrial sector and an M.B.A. from Inalde Business School. He led Yara's strategic growth as Commercial Director for the Andean Region for 8 years. In 2022, he took over as Regional Director for Yara Latin America, consolidating the company's leadership in the agricultural sector. Under his leadership, Yara reaffirms its commitment to sustainability through innovative practices that promote more sustainable and environmentally friendly agriculture.
