He currently serves as a Specialized Professional at the Mining and Energy Planning Unit (UPME), where he supports the development of strategies for integrating bioenergy into the national energy matrix, contributing to the transition toward renewable and sustainable energy sources. His professional and academic background has focused on the assessment of alternative energy resources, environmental sustainability analysis, and the development of models for optimizing bioenergy systems.
