President since 2021 of Promigas, ​​Rojas heads the growth and consolidation of the company that groups together 22 companies engaged in the transportation and distribution of natural gas and liquefied natural gas, electricity distribution and marketing, integrated solutions for industry, and non-banking financing business in Colombia and Peru. Prior to joining Promigas, Rojas was Corporate Vice-President, Strategy and New Business, at Ecopetrol and worked as consultant on energy projects for the World Bank in Africa, Bolivia, Honduras and Brazil. He also served as Deputy Minister of Energy in Colombia in 2000.
