LILIANA GÓMEZ
President of Shell in Colombia

With over 25 years of experience in the industry, Liliana Gómez joined Shell in 2020 as Operations Manager and Business Leader for Exploration and Development Assessment. She is currently the President of Shell in Colombia.

Liliana is a petroleum engineer from Universidad de América, with an MBA in International Management from the International University of Catalonia in Barcelona, Spain. She also holds specializations in Financial Performance and Project Management from the University of San Francisco, as well as a certification from the Management Development Program (PDD) at INALDE.

She has served as Reservoir Manager, New Business Manager, and Planning Manager. Throughout her career, she has led multidisciplinary teams in geology, geophysics, drilling, and logistics for both onshore and offshore operations.
