Environmental engineer with a postgraduate degree in Environment and Local Development. Currently serving as a technical specialist for the OLADE's Methane Emissions Observatory of Latin America and the Caribbean (OEMLAC). She has extensive experience in regulating and implementing Colombia's Mitigation MRV System. As well as in the formulation and implementation of international cooperation projects for the mitigation of GHG emissions. Climate negotiator for the Colombian government at COP27 and COP28 for the items of the Just Transition Work Program and the economic and social impacts of mitigation measures.
