● Industrial Engineer from Universidad del Norte in Barranquilla (Colombia), with studies in the Chartered Industrial Gas Consultant Program at the Gas Technology Institute in Chicago (United States) and an Executive MBA from Universidad de los Andes (Colombia). He has over 25 years of experience in commercial management and general management positions in the gas sector in Colombia and Peru, in companies such as Promigas, Cálidda, and Promisol.

● In 2019, he was appointed General Manager of Promigas Perú for the strategic management of the natural gas distribution subsidiaries in five regions of northern Peru.
