Economist with over 15 years of experience in the energy sector in Latin America and the Caribbean, specializing in sustainability and climate change.

He currently serves as Managing Director of ARPEL, overseeing the natural gas sector since 2014. In this role, he has led various projects, particularly in developing dialogue platforms on natural gas and energy transition. His work has been instrumental in strengthening the sector’s positioning and its contribution to the international energy dialogue on natural gas.
